1. Free Discreet Worldwide Shipping

We offer free & discreet worldwide shipping and currently we support delivery via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and DPD. The actual shipping and delivery method is different from brands and time. However, please note that we don’t ship sex dolls to countries with strict import laws that take life-sized adult sex dolls or small doll toys illegal, for example, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Brazil, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc. (South Korea just lifted the ban on sex doll import in late 2022.)

To secure user privacy, discreet package is adopted for all doll orders. No sex doll labels, marks or brand logos on the package, keeping the sex doll products 100% secret to others.

2. Delivery Time & Tracking

The delivery time varies from what doll you purchase and where you live.
Warehouses in the USA, EU, and Canada are available now. If you are located in those places, the in-stock doll will be shipped and delivered to your place within 2-7 working days. If it meets severe weather or other unexpected force majeure,it may have a delay.

For ustomized sex dolls, the average time for you to have them is about 2-7 weeks from the order date, including the order processing time (usually within 10 – 24 hours), doll production time(1-4 weeks, different from doll sizes/types and order placement time, if it meets special holiday like Chinese Spring Festival & National Day holiday, the time will be longer), doll confirmation time(1-2 days or more, depending on your feedback), shipping and delivery time (1-4 weeks). All of the sex doll products are carefully handmade and inspected seriously before delivery. Please check carefully before using it because once the doll is used, we won’t process complaints.

Note: When your order is made around a holiday like Chinese national holidays/Festival day or encounters unpredictable severe weather, severe customs inspection, or there comes some other unavoidable delay of production or delivery, we will notify you timely.

3. Order Cancellation & Refund

We will process the order once we receive and check it. More often, we will notify you with an “Order #xxxx processing update” email to let you know. As long as we process your order, you cannot cancel the order for any reason theoretically.

In the last few months, due to the lack of related details on this page, plus we want to serve our customers better, we accepted some users’ order cancellation requests after we processed the order or when the doll was in production. So we took a lot of time negotiating the cancellation and refund, which might still cause some negative feelings for customers, support service, and the factory. In view of this, starting from December 16, 2023, to optimize the shopping experience and improve the efficiency of doll production, only the custom doll orders within 24 hours can be canceled and have a related refund. Hope all of our customers can understand it.

Please check the following rules carefully before you make the order.

In-stock doll order– Order cancellation and refund are not possible for in-stock dolls, because they are usually processed immediately
Custom doll order– Order can be canceled with 100% refund if it’s not processed within the first 10 hours
– Order can be canceled with 90% refund if it’s not processed within 24 hours
– No cancellation or redund once it’s more than 24 hours
– Big discount/ECO/SAF custom products only support order cancellation and refund within 10 hours

We don’t encourage any impulse buying. If you can’t help to do so and want to stop it afterwards, contact us to cancel it as soon as possible (only for most custom dolls). We are happy to help.

As to the shipping information, please ensure that the address and phone number you left are correct. If the order is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be subject to a 20% handling charge and will not be refunded. For cutsom doll order, if you want to change the shipping address, you should do it before or during the doll confirmation, and we won’t charge any fee for it. As long as the doll is shipped, we won’t accept any address alter request.

The doll factory takes the product quality a priority, hence every order is thoroughly inspected before delivery. The customized dolls will still be photographed for doll buyers to confirm before shipping. If you find the doll is damaged or have other problems when you receive the doll, remember don’t use it and report the problem with unpacking photos or videos to us within 24 hours after the package is received. We will take some time to investigate the matter & problem and get back to you as soon as possible. Then you should follow our procedure to fix the issue. If there’s no problem for the doll, forgive we won’t accept returns and refunds.
