For certain “too similar models”, we just not uploaded them on EnjoyMyDoll or will let you know.  If any doll brand finds that we have uploaded any other products that infringe the right, please kindely let us know so that we can delete those products. III - Order Placement/Payment Questions

No. Account registration or login is just a connection approach between customer and the seller. However, account sign-up/login is not required for purchasing a love doll on EnjoyMyDoll. It won’t affect your order at all. Whether you have an account or not, we will inform you about every update via email – support@enjoymydoll.com or  enjoymydoll@gmail.com.

So you don’t need to insist on the account registration if you take this process time-consuming or you don’t want to leave any trace about the purchase. 

Now you can use and trust the world’s leading payment platform – PayPal to make the payment. No matter you have PayPal account or not, you want to pay via PayPal with your bank card or credit card, you can trust it with the top-tier security and (buyer) protection. If you want to pay via Google Pay/Crypto, encounter unexpected failures, you can contact us for help. We can create and send you a PayPal invoice link for the payment and purchase. IV - Order & Shipping & Delivery Questions

Yes, it’s free in most cases.

EnjoyMyDoll offers worldwide free shipping service by default. The price you paid is the final price, and you don’t have to pay an extra fee for the shipping, delivery, tax, or customs clearance fee.

However, if the destination is somewhere we are unable to handle the customs clearance, or the shipping fee to your area increases in certain period of time, you will need to pay an extra fee, or handle the customs clearance and pay for the tax by yourself, like Switzerland, USA Alaska, Brazil,  etc. We will let you know when processing the order and get your approval to proceed with the order if you are from those areas.

If you are informed about the extra shipping fee or customs clearance thing, and then you want to quit the order, we will respect your decision and give you a full refund. 

  • All in-stock love dolls will be shipped from the brand’s official warehouse in USA (e.g. California), EU (e.g. Germany), Canada,  or UK. Note that different doll brands might have different bases for the warehouse. If you want to know the exact place of a certain doll or brand, just contact us.
  • All custom love dolls will be shipped from the manufacturers’ factory based in China

Regarding shipping a doll product from one warehouse to another region, e.g. from USA to EU, EU to USA or so, theoretically no because the cross-border shipping will usually make the customs clearance process complicated and hard. So in most cases, the answer is no. 

But you can contact us to confirm the availability. If it’s doable,  you need to pay an extra shipping fee for that. Be aware that we won’t make any profit on this extra shipping cost.

Usually, the shipping methods we use are UPS, FedEx,  and DHL, which might be changeable from time to time. USPS is also commonly used for lighter clothing or head shipping.

As for the time, it’s determined by the exact product:
>> For local in-stock sex dolls, it will take about 3-7 business days. 
>>For custom sex dolls, you will have to wait for a longer time – about 3-8 weeks. Because doll time will take for doll creation in factory + shipping from the factory country (China) to the destination country + shipping & delivery to the target address.

The doll production time also varies from doll brands, doll sizes, doll materials, advanced customization, order placement time, etc. The smaller in size, the less advanced customizations, the non-peak season, the faster. If the order comes across any holiday season or other force majeure factors, or the doll you ordered is a hot-selling model recently, it might have a delay. Thank you so much for your understanding.

For normal places – NO. If you are from a special area and you are required to handle the customs issue, we will notify you soon after your order placement. Only when we get your approval will the doll production begin.

Since all of the dolls are inspected thoroughly before the shipping, if you find your doll is damaged, please take the evidence photos/videos and send them to us immediately within 24 hours. We will have our expert in factory to judge the reality and give a resolution. Please unbox the parcel carefully in case any unexpected damage happens.

Yes, the sex doll industry has been a mature one, so discreet packaging is the most basic thing to protect doll buyers’ privacy. All sex doll brands adopt the carton box, without any sex doll related information, nor the doll store or other clues about this kind of product.

Also, if you want to define the delivery time or you just want to pick up the package by yourself at the local station, you can contact your local delivery service for related operations.

Since the doll product is packed carefully to avoid possible damage before the shipping and delivery process, the probability of being damaged is very low.  Please unpack it carefully, and without the piercing knife or similar, in case you cause damage by yourself.
